Bathroom renovation costs usually range from $12,000 to $25,000 for standard updates, while luxury or fully custom designs often start at $30,000 and higher. The price depends on finishes, plumbing changes, and layout adjustments. We provide itemized quotes so you can see exactly where every dollar is going.
You will need a permit if your project involves moving plumbing, electrical, or structural walls. Cosmetic upgrades, such as replacing tiles or fixtures, usually do not require one. We take care of all permits and inspections so your renovation stays compliant.
Most bathroom renovations take between 3 and 6 weeks to complete. The exact timing depends on the size of the space, the finishes you choose, and whether plumbing or electrical systems need to be relocated. We provide a clear schedule at the start and keep you updated as the project moves along.
Yes, you can, but you will not have access to that specific bathroom during the construction period. If your home has multiple bathrooms, we can phase the work to minimize disruption. If it is your only bathroom, we will help you plan temporary arrangements to make things easier.
Custom showers and high-end tile work are the most significant expenses. Plumbing relocations can also add to the overall cost. We guide you in selecting durable materials that look great while staying within your budget. Also Read: Luxury Bathroom Renovation Guide: Transform Your Space With These Expert Tips
There are several design strategies that can open up a smaller bathroom. Wall-mounted vanities, large mirrors, glass shower enclosures, and lighter colour schemes all help create a sense of space. Smart layouts can also improve storage without making the room feel crowded.
Yes, you can. Adding a bathroom requires planning for plumbing, venting, and proper permits. Our team manages the design and installation to ensure your new bathroom functions properly and meets all code requirements.
We prioritize waterproofing, install effective exhaust fans, and use mould-resistant materials. These steps protect your bathroom from leaks, humidity, and long-term damage.
Look for a contractor who has insurance, WSIB coverage, detailed contracts, and a track record of strong reviews. We provide all documentation up front and assign a dedicated project manager to guide your renovation from start to finish.
Every bathroom renovation we complete includes a written workmanship warranty, as well as manufacturer warranties on fixtures and finishes. We stand behind our work and provide support long after the project is complete.
