In reply to Palcouk’s post on February 23, It was not on the set-up disk, it was not available to download from Epson, the Epson helpdesk did not know what it was, so I solved the problem quite easily: I sent the printer back to Amazon for a refund and replaced it with an HP, which I have always used, without any problems at all, for the past 20 years.
