All I know is the Windows Audio and the Windows Bletooth Endpoint is not cooperating, and there seems to be no trace of the Realtek Audio driver anywhere on my laptop.

I need audio on my laptop for school work, which as we all know is now online. I need some help quickly. If someone knows a way for me to winvows fix this situation I am not tech savvy or has a safe way for me to download a Realtek Audio driver I would greatly appreciate it.

Bluetooth is there. When I try to restart I get “Error The service cannot accept control messages at this time”.

Also there is no Realtek Audio Manager to be found. I found the files but it will not run. It turns out the Blueyooth driver on my laptop was not working and could not be salvaged.

I had to uninstall the old driver and reinstall a new driver from the Realtek website. It took some time but I was able to install the new driver and was able to restore sound to my laptop.
