Logitech g502 software windows 10
Windows 10, Logitech G Hero is the mouse. Cursor will drift and jump, and then stop responding altogether after about 10 seconds. Have to unplug the Logitech mouse and replug it for the cursor to respond again, giving me 5 minutes before another attack. Cursor tends to not drift on long periods with no input, but once I start moving again it will start to act up.
Buttons and clicks always work fine during this time. I’ve updated and reinstalled all mouse and USB drivers, tried Logitech software.

It is not a driver update issue because I have the latest drivers and the mouse continues to not work properly. If I use a different mouse, I do not get the same lagging or inconsistent responsiveness.
Also, I have two of this mouse, and have problems with both of them. But if I connect a different mouse, I do not experience any issues. That is how I was able to figure out that it was specifically the Logitech Hero mouse with my Windows Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community.
