If the operating system is able to boot successfully and allows you to log on to your computer with an administrator account, entering into Windows 10 Safe Mode should be easy and so would rectifying the issue. Boot the computer to Safe mode and check if it persists.

The upgrade went fine and I was initially able to use it, but now I can’t get to my desktop. When I power up, I get to the lock screen where it tells me to hit ctrl-alt-delete to unlock. I do that and I get a circle indicating it’s loading.

I managed to make a bootable usb for windows 10 but it does nothing either, I’m thinking the pc isn’t seeing my mouse, keyboard or maybe even the usb ports. Really need a fix here.
